Prices
Our translation fee is calculated by the number of characters. The basis of calculation is 1,000 characters of the source text, including spaces. In Word documents you can read the character count under “Tools / Word Count”. If your text cannot be counted electronically (e.g. fax or letter), our invoice can also be based on the character count of the target text.

Calculate an approximate price yourself:
All prices plus 20% Austrian VAT. VAT does not apply to companies outside Austria that provide a valid European VAT identification number (UID). No VAT is charged for orders from outside the EU.
The final price depends on the degree of difficulty and urgency; for very large volumes we can grant a discount of up to 30%. With a corresponding regular order volume we can offer you a framework agreement with particularly attractive conditions.
Payment
You receive the invoice together with the translation by e-mail or, on request, by fax or post (+ EUR 2.00). Payment is usually made by bank transfer. For payments by cheque or international money order we charge a handling fee of EUR 10.00.

If an order is cancelled after the translation has begun, we charge the price for the text already translated, but at least 10 percent of the order value or our minimum order value.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. For invoices that are still unpaid after the payment term has expired, a reminder fee of 15% (minimum EUR 50) per reminder is charged without prior notice.
